Where are you located?

JStory Bakes is a cottage bakery located in Hall County, GA. We service all of the state of Georgia and will travel when necessary. JStory Bakes works out of a private kitchen and we do not have a store front facility.

How much notice do you need to take my order?

4-6 weeks notice is preferred for custom celebration cakes and custom cookies, but a minimum of 3 weeks notice is required in most cases (pending availability). 3-6 month notice for wedding cakes/large event cakes, but I book up to 1 year in advance. 1 week for dessert cakes. Please inquire directly for availability. Meeting these notice requirements does not guarantee that there is an available spot. The earlier you inquire, the better.

Can you accommodate gluten-free, vegan or other dietary restrictions?

We, unfortunately, can not accommodate any food allergy restrictions due to our facility processing nuts, gluten, fruits, wheat, soy, chocolate, eggs, and dairy. At this time we do not offer vegan, gluten, dairy, sugar or egg free items.

Are your prices firm? Can I negotiate the price of an order?

Yes, prices are firm. All orders are custom & made to order. I spend a great deal of time hand crafting each order, therefore, prices are non-negotiable. You wont be getting a run of the mill product, but a scratch made, gourmet item that is far superior to a grocery store product. You're getting edible art! Please keep that in mind. Please understand the times we are living in and that the costs to do business are skyrocketing. I do my best to keep prices reasonable for my clients. I assure you, I am not ripping you off.

I'm probably busy baking :) Please fill out an inquiry form under the "contact us" tab and I will get back to you ASAP. I do not take new orders over the phone, so please reach out via email. If you would like a phone consultation, I am happy to schedule one with you! Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response. Email is definitely the best way to get in touch with me! At this time, an email inquiry form is required to book. I also do not book via social media DMs.

Do you deliver?

I sure do! The price per mile for delivery is subject to change based on current and always changing fuel prices. As fuel prices go down, so will the delivery fee. If they go up, so will the delivery fee. We can discuss specifics when you book your order.
